Writing: A wonderfully thematic and elegantly simple set of Rules
Art/design: Quite well laid out with nicely spaced tables and charts to roll on. Very little clutter.
Usability: It is rare to find a Pirate without a tattoo of some description and in the world of The Dark Caribbean it is entirely likely that someone would eventually want to experiment with ASH. This little standalone takes that work off the shoulders of any Harbourmaster who might need it.
